Investigation of John Labarca and National Securities Corp.

FINRA barred Labarca from the securities industry after he failed to respond to a FINRA investigation. John Labarca was a financial advisor and registered representative of National Securities Corp. from February 2010 to February 2016. He worked at a branch office in Edison, New Jersey. Labarca has been the subject of at least three previous customer complaints, and he also filed for bankruptcy in 2012.
