Louis A. Tinoco, Jr. and Barclays Capital

Louis Tinoco was a financial advisor and registered representative of Barclays Capital from March 2011 to July 2013.  He worked at a branch office in Miami, Florida.  According to Tinoco’s BrokerCheck report, he has been the subject of three customer complaints.
