Israels & Neuman, PLC Investigates Yousuf Saljooki, formerly with SW Financial
Have you lost money with financial advisor Yousuf Saljooki of SW Financial of Melville, New York? We are investigating allegations of former customers related to Yousuf “Joe” Saljooki. Joe Saljooki’s CRD report, a public record maintained by FINRA, states that Saljooki has been the subject of six customer complaints and FINRA arbitration lawsuits.
Specifically, Yousuf Saljooki’s CRD contains the following allegations, including that excessive trading or churning, unsuitable investment recommendations, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud.
Yousuf Saljooki was a registered representative of SW Financial from August 2015 to December 2017. He is currently registered with Worden Capital Management. He worked at a branch office in Melville, New York.
Brokerage firms like SW Financial have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm. Brokerage firms also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations, as well as internal firm policies. When brokerage firms fail to adequately supervise their registered representatives, they may be liable for investment losses sustained by customers.
